Dr. DeRosa’s appointment also gives Belmar the opportunity to align with the Hormonal Health Institute (HHI), a hormonal health consultancy founded by Dr. DeRosa in 2018. HHI offers physicians and clinical professionals medical and practice development training on bio-identical hormonal replacement therapy (BHRT), with an emphasis on pellet therapy. Through HHI, Belmar will offer its providers free monthly webinars and discounts on best-in-class training.

Dr. DeRosa has more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, both on the pharmaceutical side and in clinical practice. She served for several years as Senior Medical Director at Proctor & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on the women’s health lines of osteoporosis and female sexual health. A board-certified internist with a specialty background in women’s health, Dr. DeRosa is the Founder and President of DeRosa Medical and DRM Integrative Health, where she treated over twenty thousand patients using advanced BHRT and optimization.
Dr. DeRosa is also an accomplished author, lecturer, and published researcher. After the publication of her first book, How Your Doctor Is Slowly Killing You: A Woman’s Health Survival Guide, in 2016, Dr. DeRosa received an avalanche of requests from physicians across the country wanting to learn more. The response was so overwhelming that Dr. DeRosa decided to launch the Hormonal Health Institute to share her knowledge with physicians and other medical healthcare providers in order to help change the face of women’s healthcare.
Dr. DeRosa received a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University as well as a Master’s in Medical Management from Amherst College. She serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. In addition to being Immediate Past President of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, she is also a member of the International Menopause Society, the European Endocrine and Menopause Society, and the International Society of the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.

Dr. Luis Martínez is a Regenerative Medicine, Anti-aging and Cell Therapy specialist, clinical researcher and biomedical consultant. He earned his medical degree at The Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. He also completed an Advanced Training Course in Stem Cells in Cancer at the Ponce Health Sciences University/ Magee Research Institute consortium. He is board-certified in Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Martinez holds a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and is fellowship-trained in Biosecurity. He is the president of Xanogene Clinic, which specialized in Regenerative and Age Management Medicine. He also founded and presides over Regenera Global, a multinational corporation specializing in biotech product development, research, and clinical consulting. Dr. Martinez is also Co-Founder of the Clinical Peptide Society, a US based professional organization aimed at educating physicians and advancing the use of peptide therapeutics. Alongside with the Age Management Medicine Group, he and his colleague have developed the world’s first Peptide Certification Program and have so far trained and educated over 400 physicians. He additionally trains physicians in other aspects of Regenerative and Age Management Medicine through his physician training portal Elite Group MD.
Dr. Melissa Loseke Ablett is a family medicine physician who’s passion is innovative medicine. Dr. Loseke Ablett practiced primary care for 18 months before leaving and joining a clinic that specialized in treating chronic joint pain with Hyaluronic Acid injections, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and Stem Cell therapies. With a constant desire to learn and for cutting edge treatments for her patients, she began to practice at a nationwide hormone replacement organization specializing in pellet therapy for hormone replacement as well as aesthetics. During her tenure there, Dr. Loseke Ablett expanded her scope of certifications to include the Vampire Facelift, Vampire Breastlift, O shot, and Priapus Shot, as well as Low-Level Laser Therapy or Photobiomodulation to treat various injuries and chronic conditions. After four years of service, she then took a role as Chief Medical Officer for a national Testosterone Replacement Company and Medical Director of a partner Female Hormone Replacement Clinic. During these past several years, she was in the inaugural A4M Peptide Certification groups of providers. Dr. Loseke Ablett has been honored to continue the quest to offer patients comprehensive and innovative medical care to best meet their needs. Dr. Loseke Ablett constantly recommits herself to learning about the latest methods and treatments to help patients lead richer and healthier lives. Dr. Loseke Ablett has a passion for knowledge and educating, both patients and peers. One of her favorite sayings sums up the belief on the importance of not only balancing hormones but their vital role in overall health and well being, “Our hormone levels don’t decline because we age...We age because our hormone levels decline.”
Lorena Conde, PA-C, is the co-founder of Dr. C MedSpa; her philosophy is to help people feel and look their best through functional medicine, she loves to educate the community with an understanding of the causes of hormone imbalances while tailor strategies to improve their health and wellbeing with Dr. C’s wellness team. Before Lorena opened Dr. C MedSpa, she invested eight years of her life in Internal Medicine, managing patients with acute or chronic diseases. Lorena grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, where she developed a passion for medicine. After graduating high school, she made a life change decision to move to Houston, TX, where she pursued her dream in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University. After graduating with honors, Lorena relocated to Arizona, where she chases her Master as a Physician Assistant from A.T. Still University. Since then, Lorena has been attending advanced training and certified by The American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, National Laser Institute, National Institute of Medical Aesthetics, International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, Cellular Medicine Association, among others. Lorena has translated and presents HHI's core hormone webinars.
